As of late, I am having some of
my images printed onto t-shirts. If I have to sketch the design out before I quilt it, why not screen print it too?

This was created so as to commemorate a friend’s active involvement in the Girl Scouts while growing up.  All the material, save the batting, was used from her girls scout uniforms.  To give it a seasonal feel, I created my friend as a Steinbach Christmas ornament (German chubby ornament). I finished this stocking by adding the badges from her sash.  When presented with it, my friends said, “Wow, this is only the first three years’ worth of badges!”  I guess I have my work cut out for me.

Isn’t this one of the reasons why we own pets?  We recently rescued another Scottish terrier, Ollie Nudel, and as soon as I got her home,
I checked to see if she would tolerate wearing a coat.  If the dog will wear a coat, it will wear a costume.  My friend has accused me numerous times of being a “pageant mom”.
